The W320-03H is a 32 Mbit (2 Mbit x 16) non-volatile Flash memory component that can be erased electrically at the block level and programmed in-system on a Word-by-Word basis. It operates on a low voltage supply of 2.7V to 3.6V, with the option of using a 12V VPP power supply for faster programming. The W320-03H also features a Common Flash Interface, memory blocks for parameter and main data, block locking capabilities, security features such as programmable OTP cells and unique device identifier, automatic standby mode, and program/erase suspend. With a high endurance of 100,000 program/erase cycles per block, the W320-03H is a reliable choice for various electronic applications.
