The UPG2183T6C-E2-A is a GaAs MMIC for PA driver amplifier with variable gain function. It was developed for PDC (Personal Digital Cellular in Japan) and other L-band applications. The device operates at 3.0V, providing high gain and low distortion. The UPG2183T6C-E2-A is designed for the 800 MHz band and 1.5 GHz band applications.
