Description
The HMC349AMS8GETR is a non-reflective SP4T GaAs MESFET RF switch designed for broadband performance from DC to 8 GHz. Its compact form offers high isolation as well as low insertion loss. The switch includes an on-board binary decoder allowing control with only two logic control lines. This model requires a fixed bias of -5V, and data is tested using a 50 Ohm test fixture connected via 0.025 mm diameter wire bonds of minimal length 0.31 mm. The HMC349AMS8GETR is also available in a surface mount technology (SMT) package as the HMC344LC3.
