Description

The CSC2822 is an ultra-low noise and high PSRR LDO regulator specifically designed for RF and analog circuits. It is capable of supplying 250 mA of output current. This device provides low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and excellent load/line transients. It is designed to work with a 1 F input and a 1 F output ceramic capacitor. The CSC2822 is available in two thickness options: ultra-small 0.35P, 0.65 mm x 0.65 mm Chip Scale Package (CSP) and XDFN-4 0.65P, 1 mm x 1 mm.
