Description
Designed for bidirectional pulse-width modulated current control of inductive loads, the 1SWHT is a high-quality electronic component used for IC Chips. It is capable of continuous output currents up to ±2 A and operating voltages up to 50 V. The 1SWHT features internal fixed off-time PWM current control circuitry, which allows users to regulate the maximum load current to a desired value. The peak load current limit can be set by selecting an input reference voltage and external sensing resistor. The component also includes thermal shutdown with hysteresis, transient suppression diodes, and crossover-current protection for added safety. It does not require special power-up sequencing. The 1SWHT is an improved replacement for the UDN2953B and UDN2954W models, and for new system designs, the A3952SB/SEB/SLB/SW models are recommended.
