The M12L128324A-7T is a high data rate synchronous Dynamic RAM that is organized as 4 x 1,048,576 words by 32 bits. It is designed to allow precise cycle control with the use of system clock I/O transactions that are possible on every clock cycle. This model features a range of operating frequencies, programmable burst length, and programmable latencies to make the same device useful for various high bandwidth, high-performance memory system applications.
