Electronic Component Model: VC0190-1275T is a flash non-volatile memory IC chip. It features the MirrorBit technology that stores two data bits in each memory array and Eclipse architecture, which dramatically improves program and erase performance. The IC chip is designed with a 65nm process lithography. It connects to a host system via a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and supports single bit serial input and output (SIngle I/O or SIO) as well as optional two bit (Dual I/O or DIO) and four bit (Quad I/O or QIO) serial commands. Density-wise, it offers 128 Mbits (16 Mbytes) of storage capacity. The VC0190-1275T also comes with various features, such as extended addressing options, read commands, programming and erase capabilities, cycling endurance with 100,000 program-erase cycles per sector, and data retention for up to 20 years. It also includes security features like one-time program (OTP) array and block protection. The IC chip operates at a supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V and has a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is available in different package options, including 8-lead SOIC, 8-contact USON, BGA-24, and 5 x 5 ball or 4 x 6 ball footprint options.
