Description
The W78L32-24 is a microcontroller that offers a wider frequency range and supply voltages compared to most 8-bit microcontrollers in the market. It is compatible with the industry standard 80C32 microcontroller series. This microcontroller features four 8-bit bidirectional parallel ports, three 16-bit timer/counters, and a serial port. It also has a six-source, two-level interrupt capability and supports ROMless operation for application programs. The W78L32-24 has power reduction modes, including idle mode and power-down mode, which can be selected via software. In idle mode, the processor clock is turned off while allowing peripheral operation. In power-down mode, the crystal oscillator is stopped for minimal power consumption without affecting the processor.
