Description
The ADRF6820ACPZ is a highly integrated RF demodulator and synthesizer designed for use in the next generation communication systems. It comes with a high linearity broadband I/Q demodulator, a low phase noise multicore voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), and an integrated fractional-N phase-locked loop (PLL), among other features that make it useful for demodulation and synthesis in modern communication systems. The device also has integrated functionality including an RF switch, tunable RF balun, programmable RF attenuator, and two low dropout (LDO) regulators, all of which fit within the device's small 6mm x 6mm footprint.
