The AFEDRI8201PFBT is a RF Misc ICs and Modules electronic component model designed for high performance software defined radio (SDR) applications. It is a low-noise Amplifier (LNA) and a Quadrature Down Converter (QDC) packaged in a 5mm x 5mm x 1mm 32-pin QFN package. The component has a broadband frequency range of 100kHz up to 65MHz and features 5 programmable LNA gain steps. It has a single-ended RF input and a differential baseband output capable of interfacing with various Analog to Digital Converters (ADC).
