Description
The ADRF6518ACPZ-R7 is a model of RF Misc ICs and Modules. It is a matched pair of fully differential low noise and low distortion programmable filters and variable gain amplifiers (VGAs). The ADRF6518ACPZ-R7 has a continuous gain control range of −5 dB to +45 dB. It includes a 6-pole filter with 1 MHz to 30 MHz bandwidth in 1 MHz steps with a 0.5 dB corner frequency SPI programmable. The ADRF6518ACPZ-R7 has a 6 dB front-end gain step, differential input and output, adjustable output common-mode voltage and optional dc output offset correction with power-down feature and operates on a single 5V supply. Its excellent matching between channels and high spurious-free dynamic range make it ideal for quadrature-based (IQ) communication systems with dense constellations, multiple carriers, and nearby interferers.
