Description
The AP131 is a 31-4803 electronic component model, which is a 300mA fixed output voltage low dropout linear regulator. It includes a pass element, error amplifier, band-gap, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry. The device is turned on when the EN pin is set to a logic high level.
