Description
The Electronic Component Model JM3851014103BEA is a monolithic laser trimmed four-quadrant multiplier divider. It offers accuracy specifications previously found only in expensive hybrid or modular products. The AD534L, which is part of this model, guarantees a maximum multiplication error of ±0.25% without any external trimming. The on-chip thin film resistors and buried Zener reference ensure excellent supply rejection, low temperature coefficients, and long-term stability, even under adverse conditions of use. One of the notable features of this model is the fully differential, high impedance operation on all inputs, including the Z-input, which greatly increases its flexibility and ease of use. The scale factor is pretrimmed to the standard value of 10.00V but can be adjusted to provide values as low as 3V with the use of an external resistor.
