Description
The 1H092 is a highly accurate, low noise, CMOS LDO Voltage Regulator belonging to the XC6219/XC6211 series of electronic components. With low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout, and fast turn-on times, this voltage regulator is ideal for use in cutting-edge mobile phones. It includes a reference voltage source, error amplifiers, driver transistors, current limiters, and phase compensators. The current limiters foldback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin. The output voltage, ranging from 0.9V to 5.0V, is set by laser trimming. Another advantage of the XC6219/6211 series is its compatibility with low ESR ceramic capacitors, which reduces cost and improves output stability. The regulator also offers excellent transient response performance and high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) across a broad range of frequencies, allowing it to maintain output stability during frequent load fluctuations. Additionally, the XC6219/6211 series features a CE function that allows the output of the regulator to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption.
