The PW350 is a high performance InGaP HBT MMIC amplifier that consists of Darlington pair amplifiers. It offers high linear performance, wideband operation, and high reliability. With a single voltage supply requirement and minimal additional components, the PW350 is a cost-effective choice for general purpose buffer amplification. It comes in a surface-mounted plastic SOT-89 package and is 100% RF and DC tested.
