Description
The LTC2494IUHF#TRPBF is an ultra-tiny, 16-bit analog-to-digital converter. It uses a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and accepts a single-ended analog input voltage. The converter communicates through an I2C interface and is available in an 8-pin, 3mm × 2mm DFN or TSOT-23 package. It features an integrated oscillator that eliminates the need for external components. The LTC2494IUHF#TRPBF utilizes a delta-sigma modulator as a converter core and provides single-cycle settling time for multiplexed applications. It also includes a proprietary input sampling scheme that significantly reduces the average input sampling current compared to conventional Δ∑ converters.
