The AK93C75AV-L is a serial CMOS EEPROM that is part of the AK93C45A/55A/65A/75A series. It is a 8192-bit EEPROM divided into 512 registers of 16 bits each. It has 4 instructions - READ, WRITE, EWEN, and EWDS - that control the device. The EEPROM has a wide VCC operation of 1.8V to 5.5V, and interfaces with popular microcontrollers and standard microprocessors through its serial interface. Its low power consumption of 0.8µA Max. Standby and automatic write cycle timeout with auto-erase make it ideal for low-density data storage. It has software-controlled write protection and busy/ready status signal. Additionally, it has a high reliability with endurance of 100K cycles and data retention of 10 years.
