Electronic Component Model: 88EC031-A2-NNC1C000 is a fully static, enhanced 8086 CPU core IC chip. It supports direct addressing capability to 1 Mbyte memory and 64 Kbyte I/O. This model is available in extended temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) and comes in various package types including 100-Pin EIAJ Quad Flat Pack (QFP), 100-Pin Plastic Quad Flat Pack (PQFP), and 100-Pin Shrink Quad Flat Pack (SQFP). It offers true CMOS inputs and outputs and has an integrated feature set with low-power operating modes. The chip also supports 80C187 Numerics Processor Extension (80C186EC only) and is available in different speed versions.
