The CSLA-BAA (S00001200042) is an IC chip designed for high-performance and high-density semicustom applications. The product belongs to the Sea of Gates (SOG) family, which was developed using Oki's scalable 0.8 μm drawn (0.6 μm effective), two-layer metal, polysilicide, dual-well process adapted for logic from Oki's proven high-volume 4- & 16-Meg DRAM manufacturing process.
