Description
Electronic Component Model: 500T010M31H09 is a SMD multilayer transient voltage suppressor from the standard series of multilayer varistors (MLVs). It provides bidirectional protection against surge currents of up to 1200 A. This component is designed to withstand ESD (electrostatic discharge) according to IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 standards, with a rating of 8 kV contact and 15 kV air discharge. It has a fast response time of less than 0.5 ns and does not require derating up to 125°C (for case sizes ≥ 0603). It is RoHS-compatible and also available in a CT version suitable for lead-free soldering. PSpice simulation models are available for this component.
