Description
The SP310AEP is an enhanced version of the Sipex SP231, SP232 and SP233 RS-232 line drivers/receivers. It is a pin-for-pin replacement for these earlier versions and will operate in their sockets. The SP310AEP features enhancements such as a 10V/µs slew rate, a 120 kbps guaranteed transmission rate, increased drive current for longer and more flexible cable configurations, smaller 0.1µF charge pump capacitors, enhanced ESD protection, low power dissipation and overall ruggedized construction for commercial environments. This series is available in plastic and ceramic DIP and SOIC packages, operating over the commercial, industrial and military temperature ranges.
