Description
The ML4823ISX is a high frequency PWM controller IC designed for use in Switch Mode Power Supply designs running at frequencies up to 1MHz. It is optimized for single-ended applications using voltage or current mode and provides input voltage feed forward. This controller is an improved second source for the UC3823 controller, with additional features.
