Description
The 1117S-5.0 is a low voltage dropout regulator that provides a stable supply voltage for electronic products. It has a voltage drop of only 1.2V at 1A output current. This model is available in two versions: the fixed version and the adjustable version. The fixed version offers a VOUT tolerance of less than 1% for output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V. The adjustable version provides a 2% output accuracy for a fixed voltage of 1.2V. The 1117S-5.0 also incorporates overheating protection and current limit circuits. It is suitable for various applications in the electronics industry.
