Description
The SG2525AN is a pulse width modulator IC that helps in improving the performance and reduces the count of external parts when used for all types of switching power supplies. This IC is a part of the SG1525A/1527A series.
Specifications and Features
- Operational voltage range: 8V to 35V
- Reference voltage of 5.1V trimmed to ±1% initial accuracy
- Oscillator range between 100Hz to 500KHz
- Separate oscillator sync terminal
- Adjustable deadtime control via single resistor adjustment between CT and Discharge pins
- Internal soft-start circuitry with only an external timing capacitor required
- Input undervoltage lockout to keep outputs off and soft-start capacitor discharged for input voltages below operating voltage
- A latching P.W.M. to prevent multiple pulses
- Dual source/sink output drivers capable of sourcing or sinking in excess of 200mA
