Description
The AN15853B is a low dropout three-terminal regulator with a 5A output current capability. It is specifically optimized for low voltage applications and is ideal for use in VTT bus termination for FC-PGA. The AN15853B offers fixed 1.5V with 5A current capabilities, making it suitable for AGTL+ bus VTT termination for FC-PGA. It is also a great choice for low voltage microprocessor applications that require a regulated output from 1.5V to 3.6V with an input supply of 5V or less.
