Description
The ST62T62CM6 is a low-cost 8-bit microcontroller from the ST62xx HCMOS family. Designed for low to medium complexity applications, this device operates with a supply voltage range of 3.0 to 6.0V and a clock frequency of up to 8 MHz. It has 128 bytes of data RAM, 64 bytes of data EEPROM (none on ST62T52C), and user-configurable power-on reset. In addition, it features a digital watchdog, an oscillator safe guard, and an on-chip clock oscillator that can be driven by a quartz crystal, ceramic resonator, or RC network. The ST626x-EMU2 emulation and development system can be used to connect to an MS-DOS PC via a parallel port.
