Description
The W39L010Q-90Z is a 4-megabit CMOS flash memory with a voltage rating of 3.3V. It is organized as 512K x 8 bits and falls under the IC Chips product category. This flash memory has flexible erase capability and is divided into 8 uniform sectors of 64 Kbytes. It can be programmed and erased in-system with a standard 3.3V power supply, although a 12-volt VPP is required for accelerated program.
