The MH205A-G is a passive GaAs MESFET mixer that is categorized into IC chips. It is a low-cost lead-free/green/RoHS-compliant SOIC-8 packaged electronic component. This model is designed to provide high dynamic range performance. The patented techniques used in this model allow it to offer +35 dBm Input IP3 at an LO drive level of +17 dBm. The MH205A-G component can be used for upconverting or downconverting low-side LO applications. This single monolithic integrated circuit does not require any external baluns or bias elements.
