Description
The MAX6335/MAX6336/MAX6337 microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits are a series of electronic components that monitor the power supplies in 1.8V to 3.3V µP and digital systems. They ensure circuit reliability and reduce cost by eliminating the need for external components and adjustments. These devices feature a debounced manual-reset input, asserting a reset signal when the VCC supply voltage drops below a preset threshold or when manual reset is activated. The MAX6335 has an active-high RESET output, while the MAX6336 (push/pull) and MAX6337 (open-drain) have an active low RESET output. These ICs have reset thresholds that can be adjusted between 1.6V and 2.5V, with 15 standard versions available. They are packaged in a 4-pin SOT143, making them suitable for space-critical applications.
