Description
This is a Power MOSFET model named STK8BA50, which is developed by STMicroelectronics using their unique "single feature size" strip-based process. Its transistor has a very high packing density that results in low on resistance. The double-sided cooling package with ultra-low junction to case thermal resistance makes it capable of handling higher levels of current.
