Description
The QS3253S0 is a high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switch that allows inputs to be connected to outputs without adding propagation delay and without generating additional ground bounce noise. It provides a set of eight bidirectional switches with 5Ω resistance and is characterized for operation at -40°C to +85°C. The QS3253S0 is an enhanced N channel FET with no inherent diode to Vcc and is available in SOIC and QSOP packages.
