Description
The MAX2451CSE is a monolithic quadrature demodulator with an integrated oscillator and divide-by-8 prescaler. It operates on a single +3V supply and has a low power consumption of only 5.5mA. This demodulator is designed to accept an amplified and filtered IF signal in the 35MHz to 80MHz range, and demodulate it into I and Q baseband signals with a voltage conversion gain of 51dB. It features a 400Ω termination resistor for matching to an external IF filter and has fully differential baseband outputs with a signal swing of 1.2Vp-p.
