Description
The HMC232LP4ETR is a broadband high isolation non-reflective GaAs MESFET SPDT switch in a low-cost leadless QFN surface mount plastic package. It covers a frequency range of DC to 12 GHz, providing over 60 dB isolation up to 3 GHz and 42 dB isolation up to 12 GHz. The switch has a typical input P1dB compression of +27 dBm and input IP3 of +50 dBm. It operates using complementary negative control voltage logic lines of -5/0V and does not require a bias supply.
