Fine Pitch SMT Stacking Connectors (Parallel Board-to-Board) designed by Tyco Electronics are perfect for parallel board stacking applications, offering high density packaging on 0.8mm centerline spacing. Compared to conventional 1.27mm centerline connectors, these connectors can save more than 50% of the required board space. They feature bellows type spring contacts that are resistant to scooping and stubbing during mating and unmating, and positioning bosses for proper on-board orientation. The connectors are available in sizes ranging from 40 to 200 positions and board stacking heights from 5mm to 16mm.
