The STK15C88-W25I is a fast static RAM with a nonvolatile, electrically-erasable PROM element incorporated in each static memory cell. It is designed to directly replace 32K x 8 static RAM, battery-backed RAM, or EEPROM. With 25ns, 35ns and 45ns access times, it offers efficient data transfer. The STK15C88-W25I features nonvolatile storage without battery problems, making it a reliable choice for various applications.
