The 1QU9-0004 is a 1024-bit, 1-Wire® EEPROM chip designed for use in electronic components. It is organized into four memory pages, with each page containing 256 bits of data. The chip features a special write protection function, allowing each memory page to be individually write-protected or put in EPROM-emulation mode. The communication between the chip and the host device follows the standard 1-Wire protocol, with each chip having its own unique 64-bit ROM registration number.
