Description
WSH130-XPCN2 is an electronic component model designed to integrate a Hall sensor with an output driver on the same chip. It is suitable for various applications such as speed measurement, revolution counting, positioning, and DC brushless motors. The chip includes a temperature-compensated voltage regulator, a differential amplifier, a hysteresis controller, and an open-collector output driver capable of sinking up to 20mA current load. To prevent reverse power fault, an on-chip protection resistor is implemented.
