Description
The HHG is a USB 2.0 Single Interface Flash Card Reader controller. It supports USB 2.0 high-speed transmission to various memory card formats such as SD, SDHC, Mini SD, Micro SD, T-Flash, MMC, RS MMC, MMC Micro, HS-MMC, MMC-Mobile, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Duo, HS Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick PRO Duo, Memory Stick ROM, MS PRO Micro, SmartMedia, and xD-Picture Card. This single chip solution complies with USB 2.0 and USB Storage Class specifications, as well as flash card interface specifications.

- USB specification compliance, including 480Mbps Universal Serial Bus specification rev. 2.0 and USB Storage Class specification rev. 1.0.
- Supports 1 device address and up to 4 endpoints: Control, Bulk Read, Bulk Write, and Interrupt.
- Integrated USB building blocks, including USB 2.0 transceiver macro (UTM), Serial Interface Engine (SIE), power-on reset (POR), and low-voltage detector (LVD).
- Embedded 8051 micro-controller with 60 MHz clock, 48K Byte mask ROM, internal 256 byte SRAM, and support for external 48K code ROM.
- Firmware upgrade support via USB (ISP) for LQFP100 package.
- USB 2.0 certified and WHQL submission approved.
- Supports xD-Picture and SmartMedia memory card formats.
- Supports Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick PRO Duo, Memory Stick Micro, Secure Digital, and MultiMediaCard formats.
- On-board 12 MHz Crystal driver circuit or 12/48 MHz Clock input.
- On-Chip 5V to 3.3V regulator. No external regulator required.
- On-Chip power MOSFETs for supplying flash media card power.
- Available in various package types: 100 Pin LQFP (14x14 mm), 48 Pin LQFP/LQFN (7x7 mm), 24 Pin QFN (4x4 mm), and 28 Pin SSOP (150mil).
