Description
The OP535B is an electronic component phototransistor model that is widely used in applications that require low light levels and substantial current gain. It comprises an NPN silicon photodarlington that is molded in a green plastic package and has a narrow receiving angle which provides excellent on-axis coupling. The device is 100% production tested using infrared light, ensuring close correlation with OPtek GaAs and GaAlAs emitters.
