Description
The UPD753012AGC-P34-8BT is a 4-bit single-chip microcontroller from the 75XL series. It offers high-speed operation at a low supply voltage of 1.8V. This microcontroller has an on-chip LCD controller/driver with an extended ROM capacity and CPU functions compared to its predecessor, the µPD75316B. It comes in a small plastic TQFP package of size 12 × 12 mm, making it suitable for small electronic sets using LCD panels.
