The SP6260EEK-L is a linear voltage regulator that belongs to the ISP626-1, ISP626-2, ISP626-4 series of optically coupled isolators. It consists of two infrared light emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel and NPN silicon photo transistors in space efficient dual in line plastic packages.
