Description
The SM5009AN1S is a crystal oscillator module IC that belongs to the SM5009 series and is designed to limit oscillator-stage current by incorporating a low crystal current type oscillating circuit. This results in a lower crystal current compared to other similar products. It has excellent frequency response and feedback resistor built-in, allowing it to realize stable fundamental oscillation up to 40MHz just by connecting the crystal. It is suitable for use in SMD type crystal oscillators that use a strip-shaped crystal blank.

- AL×, AN×, AK×, CN×: 16mA (VDD = 4.5V)
- AH×: 4mA (VDD = 4.5V)
- Output load: CL = 50pF max.
- Output duty level:
- CMOS level (1/2 VDD): AL×, AN×, AH×, CN×
- TTL level (1.4V): AK×
- Molybdenum-gate CMOS process
- Package types: 8-pin SOP (SM5009×××S) and chip form (CF5009×××)
