The RT9167-18PB is a low dropout and low noise micropower regulator in the form of an electronic component. It is designed specifically for portable applications, making it suitable for use in various devices such as cellular telephones, laptop computers, and battery-powered equipment. With an output voltage range of 1.5V to 5.0V and an accuracy of 2%, it provides stable and reliable power. The RT9167-18PB utilizes an internal PMOS as the pass device, allowing it to operate with very low ESR capacitors and ensuring stable output even with a 1μF ceramic output capacitor. It also features a shutdown mode that consumes nearly zero operation current, making it ideal for battery-powered devices. Additional features include a reference bypass pin for improved low noise performance, current limiting, and over temperature protection.
