Description
The LM329AZ is an electronic component model in the voltage references category. It is a temperature compensated 6.9V zener reference that provides excellent stability over time and temperature. It has a very low dynamic impedance and a wide operating current range. The device achieves low dynamic impedance by incorporating a high gain shunt regulator around the zener.
