Description
The VNH3SP30TR is a full-bridge motor driver designed for various automotive applications. It features a dual monolithic high-side driver (HSD) and two low side switches. The HSD switch is built using STMicroelectronics proprietary VIPower™ M0-3 technology, combining a Power MOSFET with a signal/protection circuit on the same die.
