Description
The A6252M is a multi-functional power driver integrated circuit. It combines a 3-to-8 line CMOS decoder with accompanying data latches, control circuitry, and DMOS outputs. This power driver is designed for applications that require the control of relays, solenoids, and other medium-current or high-voltage peripheral power loads. It can store single-line data in addressable latches or function as a decoder or demultiplexer. The A6252M has CMOS inputs and latches, allowing direct interfacing with microprocessor-based systems.Specifications and Features
