    The MAX691AESE+T is a microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit that is a pin-compatible upgrade to the MAX691, MAX693, and MAX695. It offers improved performance with a supply current of 30µA, a reset active delay of 200ms on power-up, and a chip enable propagation delay of 6ns. The MAX691AESE+T also features write protection of CMOS RAM or EEPROM, separate watchdog outputs, backup-battery switchover, and a RESET output that remains valid with VCC down to 1V. Its reset-threshold voltage is 4.65V typical.
