Description
The SG2000 series integrates seven NPN Darlington pairs with internal suppression diodes to drive lamps, relays, and solenoids in military, aerospace, and industrial applications. These applications often require operation in severe environments. The units feature open collector outputs with a breakdown voltage greater than 50V and a current carrying capacity of 500mA. Various input configurations are available for optimal interfacing with DTL, TTL, PMOS, or CMOS drive signals. The devices are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C. They are available in a 16 pin dual in-line ceramic (J) package and a 20 pin Leadless Chip Carrier (LCC), as well as a plastic dual in–line (N) package for commercial temperature range operation.
