Description
The 2SB1172A-Q(Y) is a silicon PNP epitaxial planar type electronic component. It is designed for low-frequency power amplification and is complementary to the 2SD1742 and 2SD742A. It features a high forward current transfer ratio hFE with satisfactory linearity and a low collector-emitter saturation voltage VCE(sat). The I type package allows for direct soldering of the radiating fin to the printed circuit board of small electronic equipment.
