The SI7884DP-T1 is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for various electronic applications. It features an integrated high-side internal power MOSFET and a gate driver for a low-side external power MOSFET. With an input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V, it can deliver an output current of up to 6A.
